Marsha has been in the industry more than 40 years with fishing and rental and other service companies in AR/AP. After a 3-year side-step with Intel as a project accountant on its Rio Rancho, NM Fab 11 Build, she has been with independent oil and gas producers for over 20 years as a revenue accountant. Her practical oilfield experience lends to more complete understanding of the requirements for keeping the fiscal and tax reporting needs in check.
Ben Stone brings over 48 years of oil and gas experience, including 15 years as a wireline engineer and 15 years as a Petroleum Engineering Specialist with the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division (NMOCD). He is well versed in downhole operations, SWD and injection-well permitting, and regulatory compliance requirements in New Mexico and Texas.
At NMOCD, Ben played a key role in advancing agency automation, including implementation of the Risk-Based Data Management System (RBDMS) with GIS and the OCD Online imaging system. He also served on the Ground Water Protection Council (GWPC) technical committee, supporting data-driven regulatory initiatives. His background combines field-level understanding with regulatory and technical expertise, providing clients with practical, efficient regulatory solutions.
